In this session, Alicia Scott-Wears, Total Rewards practice leader for WorldatWork will examine how disruption in the workforce, business, and social networks have demanded a new approach to Total Rewards delivery. Now more than ever, Total Rewards professionals are being looked to as organizational change-agents, resilience role-models, and innovators of the workforce experience. Alicia will share techniques to overcome “how we’ve always done things” in favor of a more agile approach to rewards and frame the vision for how change can be managed in a way that motivates and empowers the workforce.

Alicia Scott-Wears is a Total Rewards leader with 20+ years of experience in mid-sized and large organizations in the technology, automotive, and medical manufacturing sectors. She holds an MBA in International Business as well as GRP, CCP, and GPHR certifications. Her technical expertise is centered on base and variable compensation, benefits, recognition, global mobility, and HR systems. As a Content Director for WorldatWork, she sets priorities for the association’s total rewards content and product coverage and develops strategic partnerships to elevate knowledge and learning within the profession. With a passion for hands-on leadership, Alicia brings a pragmatic focus to aligning reward strategies with organizational values and goals. She’s skilled in delivering comprehensive and progressive rewards support in multi-national environments along-side exceptional employee experiences.
