In this session, Alicia Scott-Wears, Total Rewards practice leader for WorldatWork will examine how disruption in the workforce, business, and social networks have demanded a new approach to Total Rewards delivery. Now more than ever, Total Rewards professionals are being looked to as organizational change-agents, resilience role-models, and innovators of the workforce experience. Alicia will share techniques to overcome “how we’ve always done things” in favor of a more agile approach to rewards and frame the vision for how change can be managed in a way that motivates and empowers the workforce.
