About Our Program

For many organizations post-pandemic operations necessitate redesigning the where, when and how of work. Work and culture transformation requires redesign of job/career architecture and alignment of talent and reward processes. In this session come hear how Willis Towers Watson is working with clients to realign their reward programs and adjust compensation approaches for more flexible work arrangements as employers consider the relocation of jobs to balance business needs, talent pipeline and costs by  benchmarking rewards for remote/geographically dispersed teams considering implications of taxation and regulations, realignment of perquisites and other rewards programs to align with changes to work (e.g. commuter allowance or car allowance) and readjusting pay to reflect economic value of flexibility, remote work, and location
