About the Event

WTW’s Ken Kuk and Carolyn Mayer will facilitate a conversation with Mike O’Brien, Senior Director of Global Compensation at Hilton, about his experience shaping and designing the company’s global incentive strategy and programs.  After a brief overview of compensation trends from global employers, we will facilitate a panel to explore how multinational companies design, manage and govern incentive programs to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and compliance across diverse markets. The discussion will also dive into how Hilton balances global standardization with the need for local customization and flexibility. This will be an interactive session featuring live polling and plenty of time for audience Q&A—so bring your questions and share your insights with your peers.
